  • Modifications or cancellations to custom orders (e.g. custom decals, hub/spoke upgrades, rim profiles) are generally not accepted after 24 hours.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Goods

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery—but please get approval first.

  • Do not ship back any items without prior consent.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Shipping costs for return and return transit

    • Taxes, duties, or import fees (if applicable)

  • We’ll issue your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Used or installed products

  • Damaged or altered packaging

  • Goods not in their original, resalable condition

  • Missing items or proof of purchase

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect upon delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, take photos and refuse the delivery. Then email info@kratozen.com within 7 days.

  • If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 7 days.

  • Once return is approved, you must ship it back within 30 days of delivery.

  • After we receive the item, we’ll review within 10 business days to decide on a full refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method once we confirm the condition of the returned product.

  • The refund process typically completes within 10 business days post-inspection.
