Warranty Policy

This policy applies to all Kratozen wheelsets. You can identify your model using our product filters on the website.

Warranty Duration

  • Hubs: 1-year warranty
  • Rims: 3-year warranty
  • Spokes: 3-year warranty
  • (Measured from the date of purchase.)

Replacement Terms

  1. If your wheelset comes broken within 30 days, Kratozen will send you new parts (like hubs, rims, or spokes) for free. We will also pay for the shipping.
  2. If your wheelset breaks after 30 days but still in the warranty, Kratozen will send you new parts. You will have to pay for the shipping.

Extra Conditions

  • Non-transferable: This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser.
  • If the new part we send has a problem, you must tell us within 7 days after you get it. If you don’t, we will not replace it again.
  • The warranty time does not start over when you get a new part. It still follows the first date when you bought your wheelset.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper assembly or maintenance by unauthorized personnel
  • Use of incompatible components, accessories, or tires
  • Intentional damage or cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches)
  • Damage resulting from crashes, misuse, heat exposure, or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., nipples, bearings, decals, rim tape, pawls)
